  Visited the store today 81025,6.30 pm entered from Woollies the guy serving was just walking out, pulling gate across said he 'had to go to the toilet, be 5 minutes' I said ok I'll just be picking and walked in, he could see me. I had picked and ready to go when he returned with a slushy he then became very abusive immediately saying he had a note on the auto doors 'back in 5 minutes' different entry point then claimed he never saw me earlier before I entered! I pointed out there are cameras everywhere that would show differently, this realization got him really hyped. Then he refused to serve me, giving me the finger leaving, this kid is off the rails! Anyway the bottle of wine was 4 cheaper in the other liquorland 30 meter away.

  I'm utterly disgusted with the attitude of the owner of this store. The first time I visited this store to genuinely browse, my father and I were looked at with an unfriendly condescending manner, and he forced us out, perhaps thinking indifferently as my dad, who is a sales rep, was carrying a bag with him for work. Yesterday, we went back to the store just because we wanted to look at the products. Again, the owner was extremely rude to us and even raised his voice against us, as if we were not welcome. He assumed we weren't genuine customers based on our appearance. He emulated prejudice and discrimination toward us for no reason, perhaps because of our race. This is unfair treatment of customers. The store is called 'All about Empathy' but the service towards us was extremely negative, ill mannered and judgemental - not befitting the store's name. We asked him politely why he was kicking us out, and he said that he 'measured' us and he knew we were 'no good'. We then asked him what he meant by measured, and he responded saying that he doesn't need to explain himself. He was intensely looking at us in a derogatory manner, so we exited the store. In frustration on how we were treated, my father called him an 'asshole' on the way out, which is a reasonable response considering how we were treated. Then, the owner said ‘you are!”, as if we did something wrong to him or his business. As we walked out of the store, he followed and examined us to see where we were going. It was very abnormal behaviour. This is creepy and disgraceful. We mentioned our experience to another restaurant tenant in the building in the area, and they've said that they've had negative issues with his behaviour as well. It was a disheartening experience as I am genuinely interested in organic vegan foods. How unfortunate that this store is run by a mean mannered discriminatory individual. I wish no one will experience what we've experienced with that store owner.
